Common Grounds Cafe

Common Grounds Cafe is a social enterprise that seeks to create a safe and friendly atmosphere, serving high quality coffee & pastries, delicious Western & Asian food, and providing strong Wi-Fi & cold air conditioning for our guests to enjoy. We believe in empowering potential and giving the poor a working chance through providing opportunities for training and employment. All of our staff receive: vocational training, health coverage, benefits, and fair salaries. We seek to build strong competent people full of character & integrity, and develop future leaders to serve Cambodia in the food and beverage industry. In addition to our main goal of training and developing our staff, we donate 100% of our profit to our parent organization, People For Care & Learning to help fund humanitarian projects throughout Cambodia. Together we are working towards a hopeful Cambodian future!
