Sursdey! The new Pou Restaurant is still operated by Siem Reap born and raised Chef Mork Mengly. The concept is a new take on the local street food as well as a deconstruction of Khmer cuisine. By making the taste and flavors healthier, Chef Mengly’s goal is to make you travel and experience something different. “I wanted people to see that even though we were not in a fancy hotel, we could still produce interesting Cambodian Food”, Mengly says. At the new city center location of Pou Restaurant you can enjoy the greeneries as well as a home feeling. Expect to be greeted as family by Pou’s team.
