The One By T” is the newest and most upscale dining option available on Siem Reaps Pub Street. With two inside levels and a sky lounge on the roof, visitors to Pub Street are treated to a superior dining experience unlike any other in the city with 300 seats, and is also Pub Streets’ first 24-hour dining option. The unique menu that has been created for The One By T is the work of the young, award-winning and extremely talented Chef Chhon Bunchhou who has pursued his culinary passion, for the past 10 years, with international training in Thailand, Singapore and Malaysia. The One By T menu is an inspired fusion of Khmer and Western Cuisine, designed with the hope of drawing international attention to Cambodia’s rich traditional culinary history.
